Wasilla lawsuit revisited

In an unusual twist, the lawsuit filed by the city of Wasilla against a Washington D.C. environmental group and land investor Gary Lundgren is working its way backward through the federal court system. Attorneys on both sides of the case have agreed that the U.S. District Court of Appeals Ninth Circuit should send the case back to the court of U.S. District Judge John Sedwick in Anchorage.
