Nov. 23, 2006 By Michael Rovito Frontiersman PALMER - Following hours of testimony and debate, the Mat-Su Borough Assembly voted 5-1 Tuesday to adopt an ordinance aimed at expanding the existing race track permitting process from the core area to the entire borough.
