PALMER POLICE DEPARTMENT WARRANT ARREST Sept. 12: Officers contacted Donna Gill, 42, of Willow at the Adult Probation Office. Gill was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Anchorage for allegedly practicing prostitution and was remanded to Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility on $1,000 cash only bail.
