WASILLA POLICE DEPARTMENT WARRANT ARREST Nov. 22: Police responded to a residence on Gambit Drive and arrested Tony L. Morgan, 38, of Wasilla for two outstanding warrants. Both warrants were for $1,000 cash or corporate, the first for failure to comply on an original charge of driving under the influence and the other was for failure to comply on an original charge of assault IV.  Morgan was transported to the Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility.
