ALASKA STATE TROOPERS WARRANT ARREST Dec. 7, 7 p.m.: Troopers in Palmer arrested Adem Tahiri, 18, of Wasilla on an outstanding federal arrest warrant for military desertion after he was contacted at his residence in Wasilla. He was subsequently transported and lodged at Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility and held without bail.
