Working my weigh down

Hi. I did the weigh in registration yesterday than my lab test this morning.  Started the day with a huge headache and sore throat.  Not a good way to begin my new weigh of life.  I do have a menu master that I am going to go by for the next few months till the contest ends, though my goal will probably not be met til Jan 09'.  Wish I could wish it all away.  :)  For Breakfast, I had a fruit smoothie then waited 20 minutes and ate a toasted bagel with my decaf coffee(new for me, hope to get used to it), lunch was a very large chef salad with homeade ranch dressing and water (which is usually hard for me to drink, so I bought solo cups, lids and straws, and it helps encourage water drinking at home).  For my snack before dinner, an apple, than for dinner we had green beans and roasted chicken in a butter gravy (yum, and no flour).  Finishing the day off with a herbal tea.  Starting weight and goal weight.  193.6/130  Good luck to all!
