Working my weigh down

Hi. I did the weigh in registration yesterday than my lab test this morning. Started the day with a huge headache and sore throat. Not a good way to begin my new weigh of life. I do have a menu master that I am going to go by for the next few months till the contest ends, though my goal will probably not be met til Jan 09'. Wish I could wish it all away. :) For Breakfast, I had a fruit smoothie then waited 20 minutes and ate a toasted bagel with my decaf coffee(new for me, hope to get used to it), lunch was a very large chef salad with homeade ranch dressing and water (which is usually hard for me to drink, so I bought solo cups, lids and straws, and it helps encourage water drinking at home). For my snack before dinner, an apple, than for dinner we had green beans and roasted chicken in a butter gravy (yum, and no flour). Finishing the day off with a herbal tea. Starting weight and goal weight. 193.6/130 Good luck to all!

I think it has snowed more in these two days then it has in 3 months. I think Kari hit in on the nose when she wrote that it took some time for us to put on these pounds so it will take some time to take it off. B:Actually had a bowl of shredded wheat. Changing it up.

D:fried drumsticks with an onion and parmesean cheese shake mix.

For this 4/5am
Started off with coffee and fruit smoothie.
My dd is having a tea party this afternoon, so will probably cheat on mini cookies and goodies. Just a little. So fun.

D:spaghetti w/noodles... usually would have zucchini noodles yet I didn't make the time this weekend to stock up on better choices

Need to stock up with more good stuff so the bad for me foods won't be so tempting. 4/1 Don't let yourself be fooled today, I have started off great w/fruit smoothie. I must prevail for the day. Happy April! "

D:asian meatballs, vegies, and rice w/3 potstickers...not ssing but it wasn't bad for me.
I snacked on some dark chocolates at work too... I tend to do that when I work. The chocolate drawer is irresistable... "

snacked on Hawaiian bread tonight...definitely not good, as it is sweetened with something. Most days I am so good and others I just can't resist. I did buy a ton of fresh veggies and fruits tonight though and that should help curb other temptations. "

No weight loss in three weeks now...only muscle definition change. Frustrating yet I wasn't very good on vacation and day before yesterday the girl scout cookie orders arrived and I had one of each 4 kinds....ugh.
No pressure though...I have given myself til Jan 09 to complete my goal. "

Today so far...
B:fruit smoothie L:(a few nacho chips) then guilt dropped in & then I had just a chicken salad w/all the fixings...except the chips.
D:will be roast london broil w/onions and salad before I go 2 work.
I cleaned house today & no workout.
Hawaii is coming for spring break & I won't be posting...but I will be mostly good "

I started off just right with a fruit smoothie and then tried to take a midday nap and slept in and forgot to take my sons lunch to him at school and so joined him during his recess and we had lunchables (all bad) and then I had a club sandwich w/toast for dinner. I also snacked on two mini chocolate bars at work. Not a good day. Looks like I will have to workout for four hours and be really good w/ the greens today. "

I have lost nothing in two weeks...I don't know if my body is adjusting or I am building muscle or what. Very frustrating...though I will be putting more greens into my plan to see if it changes it up some. "

All done using the guest pass @Peak...now I am going to use a guest pass @AK Club and see how that goes. I found that knowing people at Peak helped with the comfort level of working out. "

Worked out for the 1st time at Peak, and managed 10 min-ecliptic(sp?) and 20 min-treadmill.

Kari lost 8lbs, and I only lost 3lbs. She is doing something right that I haven't yet. Exercise for real. I will be on that track and ball this week.
