ALASKA STATE TROOPERS WARRANT ARREST Feb. 27, 8:11 p.m.: Troopers arrested Arnold Link, 52, of Wasilla on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under the influence. Link was contacted while investigating a 911 call and was remanded to Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility with no bail.
