PALMER POLICE DEPARTMENT WARRANT ARREST Feb. 26: Officers stopped a vehicle being driven by a person known to have an arrest warrant. James Hatter Jr., 19, of Palmer was arrested on a $500 warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of misconduct involving a controlled substance VI. Hatter was additionally arrested for driving while his license is suspended. Hatter was remanded on the warrant and an additional $250 bail for the driving while his license is suspended.
