| Article: | Police Beat: March 25, 2008 ALASK STATE TROOPERS AssAUlt March 12, 10:24 p.m.: Troopers responded to a disturbance at a residence off Montana Creek Road. Ronald Hebert, 47, of Willow allegedly assaulted a family member by causing her fear of imminent physical injury. Hebert also took the phone away from the victim when she attempted to call 911. Further investigation revealed Hebert was intoxicated, in violation of court-ordered conditions of release. Hebert fled the residence prior to troopers arrival. Trooper K-9 Roelle responded to the scene. Hebert was tracked approximately one-half mile and was apprehended by K-9 Roelle while Hebert was hiding in a vehicle. Hebert was arrested and remanded into Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility, where he was held without bail. |
