WASILLA POLICE DEPARTMENT DUI April 2: Police received a complaint regarding suspicious circumstances on Crestwood Avenue. Brian Tomes, 41, of Wasilla was transferred to Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility where bail was set at $10,000 cash-only plus a court-approved, third-party custodian for a driving under the influence charge and $1,000 cash or corporate for a charge of driving while his license was suspended.
