Palmer Police Department Assult April 24: A 13-year-old female of Palmer called 911 to report her father, 42, of Palmer was assaulting her mother, 40, of Palmer. After investigation of the incident was completed the man was arrested for assault IV, domestic violence, and transported to Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility where he was held without bail.
