May 26, 7:58 p.m., Old Glenn Hwy. and Maud Rd.: A 1990 Chevrolet pickup was traveling north on the Old Glenn Hwy. when the operator lost control of the vehicle and ran off the roadway and into the ditch, causing damage to the vehicle. The operator fled the scene. No evidence of any injuries or alcohol. Investigation continues.

May 27, 3:36 p.m., Palmer-Wasilla Hwy. at Fred Meyer: Joseph Logan, 21, of Anchorage, failed to yield after stopping at a stop sign and collided with a vehicle driven by Jennifer Rivas, 23, Wasilla.
May 28, 2:13 p.m., Parks Hwy. at Lucille St.: A truck driven by a 17-year-old male, Wasilla, failed to stop and collided with a vehicle driven by Stephen Dohanyos, 20, Wasilla. Dohanyos’ vehicle was pushed forward by the impact and collided with two other vehicles, a truck driven by Larry Sebastian, 50, and a truck driven by Chance Allen, 29, Wasilla.
May 28, 5:30 p.m., Main St. at Herning Ave.: Brittany Dilley, 23, Wasilla was driving a 2001 Toyota pickup east on Herning when she was waved through the intersection by another driver at the intersection. Dilley proceeded through the intersection and was struck by a Chrysler van driven by Melanie Rudisill, 30, Wasilla, heading north on Main Street. Dilley’s truck was then pushed into Pamela Wheeler’s 2000 Hyundai, stopped at the intersection attempting to proceed west on Herning Avenue. No injuries.
May 29, 2:19 a.m. Church Road and Spruce: Tawna Davidson, 26, Wasilla, failed to stop for the stop sign, and skidded across Church Road into the ditch and colliding with a concrete barrier. Davidson injured and taken to Mat-Su Regional Medical Center. Davidson was not wearing a seatbelt.
THEFT
May 27, 10:57 p.m.: Antoine Spencer, 23, Wasilla allegedly took soda and steaks from Carrs without paying, then left in a green van. Police were notified of a green van in the ditch on Wasilla-Fishhook Road near Sutton Road. Charge: theft II; bail, $2,500 cash only.
VANDALISM
May 28, Elkhorn and Lucille: A 59-year-old Wasilla male reported $700 in vandalism done to his office trailer and Bobcat. A rock was thrown through the window of his office while he was working. The door to the Bobcat was pried open and the window knocked out. Investigation continues.
ASSAULT
May 28, 2:56 p.m., Blind Nick Dr.: Jerome Capps, 31, Wasilla allegedly assaulted a 7-year-old male by pushing him, causing bruising. Capps was gone when police arrived. Charges against Capps forwarded to the District Attorney’s office.
MISCELLANEOUS
May 28, 5:19 p.m., Wal-Mart: Police received a call from a 20-year-old female of Palmer, reporting her 2003 Saturn Ion had been stolen from the parking lot. At 8:10 p.m. the woman called back to report her car had not been stolen; she forgot to engage the emergency brake and her car had rolled into the woods.
INJURY
May 28, 4:48 p.m., Bay Ridge Circle: Police received a call a male juvenile was injured riding a four-wheeler on Bay Ridge Circle. The 13-year-old Wasilla resident was not wearing a helmet when the accident occurred and was transported to Mat-Su Regional Medical Center for a minor injury.
RUNAWAY / MISSING PERSONS
May 29, 12:52 a.m., Dorothy Saxton Shelter: The runaway was described as a male Native American, approximately 5-feet, 5-inches tall with brown hair and eyes. The juvenile left the shelter sometime between May 28 and 28, in an unknown direction of travel.

May 27, Carrs/Safeway: Charles Robert Conrad,18, Wasilla, stopped on report of stolen deli food. Summons: theft IV; all occupants of the car were trespassed for one year.
May 27, Carrs/Safeway: Alleged shoftlifters attempting to leave the scene. A 17-year-old male of Anchorage charged with three counts of assault IV; another 17-year-old male of Anchorage charged with theft IV, providing false information, and an outstanding warrant for a misdemeanor family offense.
May 28: A 41-year old male of Palmer reported $60 withdrawn from his Alaska USA account without permission.
May 29: A 39-year-old female in Palmer reported a 2006 Honda 80 motorbike stolen from her yard. Value, $800.
May 30: Michael Ashley Schiffman, 18, Palmer, and a 17-year-old male of Palmer arrested for burglary II, theft II and criminal mischief III after report of larceny. Schiffman also charged with false information and resisting arrest. Bail for Schiffman, $10,000, cash only. The 17-year-old held at Mat-Su Youth Facility pending
