SUNSHINE — The only thing Greg and Lisa Pearson know for sure about the future of their new grocery store just past Mile 98 of the Parks Highway is that a lot of Upper Susitna Valley residents can’t wait for Cubby’s Marketplace to open. They can’t forecast the volume of their winter business, nor whether this new venture’s existence will spur more potential customers to spend winter months in the Talkeetna area.
