ALASKA STATE TROOPERS FELONY DUI Sept. 26, 10:42 p.m., Mile 4.5 Wasilla-Fishhook Rd.: Daniel Burke, 24, of Wasilla, was driving a 1996 Volkswagen Jetta that hit a guardrail. The passenger was taken to Mat-Su Regional Medical Center. Burke’s charges: Felony DUI (driving under the influence), assault III, leaving the scene of an accident, DWLR (driving while license revoked). Bail, $10,000.
