" Why is it when a person who is a repeated DUI offender, has a history of criminal behavior with many charges for various things, serves little time, small fines and once again gets released to offend again? Why aren't these offenders kept under lock and key for an extensive period of time? Why are they released to be allowed to accumulate new charges? Shouldn't these offenders with a long history of crimes and especially domestic abuse and DUI's be serving serious time instead of being on the streets putting the rest of us in harms way?
