Oct. 24, 10:15 p.m., Kluane Rd. and Hollywood Rd.: Brandon Wallace, 24, Wasilla, passenger in a vehicle stopped for an equipment violation arrested on $500 warrant for failure to appear at arraignment on DWLR charge.

Oct. 25, 11:02 p.m., Parks Hwy. and Church Rd.: Thomas R. Hoffman, 25, Palmer, stopped for a moving violation, arrested on warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of harassment and interfering with an arrest. Bail: $500.

ELUDING ARREST

Oct. 24, 12:53 a.m., Palmer-Wasilla Hwy.: Silas Soto, 26, Anchorage, did not immediately pull over during a stop for a traffic violation. His passenger, Nathan Shintaku, 33, Anchorage, was arrested on a $5,000 warrant for failure to appear in court on a drug misconduct charge. Soto’s Charges: Eluding arrest, reckless driving, DWLR. Soto’s bail: $2,000.

Oct. 24, 12 p.m., Silver Dr.: Nicholas C. Israel, 33, Wasilla, eastbound in 1993 Ford F-150 pickup, crossed the centerline while negotiating a curve and hit a westbound 1989 Buick Park Avenue driven by John M. Murphy Sr., 69, Wasilla. No injuries. Damage to each vehicle: $2,500.

Oct. 25, 9:40 p.m., Equestrian Cir.: Russel Jensen, 40, Wasilla, westbound when he hit a moose. Damage to vehicle: $1,000. Jensen unhurt. Moose not found.

FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE

Oct. 24, 7:54 p.m., Edlund Rd. and Knik-Goose Bay Dr.: Anita L. East, 39, Wasilla, stopped for a moving violation, found to have warrants out of Hawaii for pending drug charges. Charges: fugitive from justice, DWLS. Bail: $15,000.

Oct. 25, 10:50 p.m., Mile 53 Parks Hwy.: Michael C. Marsco, 18, Anchorage, stopped for an equipment violation. Summonses for Marsco and passenger Zachary P. Mckinnon, 30, Anchorage: marijuana possession.

Oct. 26, 7:45 p.m., S. Teeland St.: Michael J. Ingersol, 20, Wasilla, allegedly assaulted a family member. Charge: Domestic violence assault IV. No bail set.

DUI

Oct. 26, 3:14 a.m., Snohomish Dr. near Peck St.: David S. Thompson, 45, Wasilla, stopped for a moving violation. Charge: DUI. Jailed until released to sober adult.

Oct. 25, 10:31 p.m., Herning St. and Yelo St.: Mathew M. Ritz, 24, Eagle River, stopped for an equipment violation. Charge: DUI, refusing a breath test. Bail: $5,000.

Oct. 24, 1:21 p.m., post office: Robert Hay, 48, was backing out of a parking spot and allegedly hit a vehicle driven by Radmila Solovyova, 37, Wasilla.

Oct. 25, 10:16 a.m., Parks Hwy. at Crusey St.: Jarrett Staffell, 42, Wasilla, reported the vehicle driving next to him struck his in an attempt to avoid a driver pulling in front of both vehicles. Minor damage. No injuries.
