Both have voted for a financial bailout plan, which puts us all on the hook for almost a trillion dollars, which we have to borrow to save unworthy corporations that will have put them in power. The Bush administration has turned to socialism as well to save these same “friends” from their lack of good management at the people’s expense instead of standing up for free and fair markets.
A free market should have been allowed to weed out poorly managed outfits and substitute stronger, smarter corporations. But no! President Bush owes too much and must save these corporate dictators at our expense. Both Democrat and Republican congressmen have thrown in the towel on free and fair markets too, and have destroyed confidence in free markets around the world for which we have been fighting (allegedly).

We are ALL Americans and can agree to disagree.
The Repubs give more "welfare" to the rich...while the Dems give more to the lower classes. Two sides of the same coin. Different beneficiaries....
Politicians pander to whoever will keep them in power.
