You were the definition of grace under fire. You kept your composure and your dignity. We are so very proud of you Sarah, as our VP candidate, our governor and as a decent and gracious human being. We know you will continue to do God’s work to the best of your ability and strength.
The media attempted to create as much negative backlash against you as it could, often in horrifying, mean-spirited and demeaning ways. You kept your head high throughout and were (and are) an inspiration to many Americans. Your accomplishments as governor, advocate for special-needs children, pro-life advocate and mother are recognized in your home state.

Obama’s ideology most resembles Marxism. With an upcoming obama-Pelosi-Reid majority, we fear and pray for this nation. The fact that gun sales are rising dramatically, both here and in the Lower 48 since the election, shows we are not alone in our concern.

Actually, MOST people are not suspicious. But anyone who is, as previously stated, is wasting their time blogging here on this site. They need to contact their representatives at the very least. Unless, of course, they are just blowing smoke. Un-huh. Yeah, that's it. Another ring-wing extremist conspiracy theorist out to get Obama--over nothing based in reality. "

That may be exactly why he refuses to cooperate. I cannot think of any other reason to let at least 2, if not 3 , law suits reach the supreme court. Admit it, his reaction is suspicious. What about the sexist, disgusting comments made about Governor Palin in CNN and MSNBC's comment sections? I am embarrassed that these americans show themselves to be so uncivilized. Her own daughter had to witness the "filthy four" and their Palin "C" word t-shirts on display while campaigning.

Enough of Sarah Palin already. The problem is that she just was not ready to meet the national and international challenges in the opinion of most Americans. Enjoy her in Alaska and if she continues to prove herself, then in 4 years she can see again if we want her. Maybe we will, but don't count on it unless she carries a message that resonates with more than the conservatives. "

Inarguably, Palin sunk this election ignoring McCain's worthier campaign objectives. Ask McCain's staff.
Because of Palin, her 'great American hero' was humiliated on election day.
McCain quietly stepped away from the spotlight post-election; Palin put herself out there, front and center, like an aging movie star afraid of losing her fan base.
She's a desperate wannabe with a vainglorious agenda, bottom-feeding off a hero's meritorious past. An undeserving, gluttonous beast with an insatiable, self-serving appetite. "

It may be true that one cannot be responsible for everyone in a crowd. However, when Sen. McCain was confronted by rallyers making inappropriate remarks, he stood up to his own supporters, and corrected them--and even praised Obama.
I have seen three videos where crowd members were shouting anti-Obama threats at Palin rallies and can tell you that woman just stood there and didn't stop them.
I have read, through reputable media channels, that McCain was disgusted with Palin's behavior in these situations and displeased with her rhetoric, which prompted the hateful frenzy. "

I believe the letter writers are sincere and not necessarily politically motivated. Anguished and fearful, all they can do is fretfully pass their toxicity along to others.
I'm not angry with them. I feel very sorry for them.
It's sadly ironic how facts can heal the most toxic misperceptions. Sadder, perhaps, when people opt not to "take the cure". "
