Garlic Cheese "Toast"

If you are missing toasted cheese sandwiches or garlic toast, try this.  It's so easy.

In a heated (at medium heat) small frying pan (teflon), heat 1 tsp of vegetable oil.  Split a string cheese in half and put the halved sides down into the pan.  When the cheese melts about halfway, sprinkle garlic powder a bit over them and then melt the cheese until the bottom is brown and crisp.  Remove with a spatula and place on papertowels to drain.  Enjoy while warm.
