Prep wrestling: Colony tops Palmer, Houston

PALMER — The Colony Knights scored lopsided wins in a pair of dual meets at Colony High School on Tuesday.

The Knights blanked Houston 63-0 and recorded a 71-(-1) win over Palmer. The Moose were penalized one team point during the dual.

Sam Loggins (135) and Angelo Bellotte (189) were among the Colony grapplers who won two matches on Tuesday.

    " Please tell me why the Colony coaches do some of the things they do. First Colony never goes to the top tournaments. Last week instead of going to Dimond where all the top wrestlers are they go to Juneau. This week in the dual some of the top wrestlers dont even wrestle the top opponents. Why didnt Eric Fan wrestle Justin Crowley? Bellotte is 189 but he's at 215 all the sudden? Josh West is at 145 and 152 but he's first at 140? WHATS WITH THAT? "
