MVC Feb. 6, 3:06 p.m., Colleen St. near Dunn Ct.: Betty Ulrich, 66, Wisconsin, southbound in a 2001 Dodge Shadow, lost control, slid down a 20-foot embankment and into a tree. She was hospitalized with minor injuries. Vehicle damage: $2,000. Feb. 7, 10:15 a.m., Bogard Rd. and Seldon Rd.: Patrick J. Porter, 27, Anchorage, northbound in 2002 Chevrolet pickup, allegedly ran a stop sign and hit a green 1995 Dodge neon driven by Karryle A. Krueger, 44, Wasilla. No injuries. Neon’s damage: $2,000. Sturgeon, 35, Wasilla, was northbound driving a 2004 Ford pickup pulling two snowmachines on a trailer. Bryan M. Kirby, 29, Palmer, was behind him driving a 1995 Ford pickup also pulling two snowmachines on a trailer. Sturgeon attempted a U-turn but didn’t see Kirby, causing a collision. Kirby’s snowmachines left the trailer and hit the rear of his vehicle. No injuries. Sturgeon’s damage: $3,000. Kirby’s Damage: $4,000 plus $500 for each snowmachine. Sturgeon cited for not exercising due care. Feb. 8, 2:42 p.m., Wasilla-Fishhook Rd. and McCasey Dr.: Cherish Klingbell, 29, Wasilla, northbound in a white 1996 GMC Yukon when a 17-year-old Wasilla boy in a black 1995 Honda Civic crossed the centerline.
