Deborah E. von Schebe

Deborah E. von Scheben, 60, of Big Lake, died of cancer Feb. 13.

She was born July 27, 1948 in Long Beach, Calif., and moved to Alaska in 1982.

Deborah enjoyed sewing, painting, floral design, ice skating, fishing and gardening. She was a member of Faith Bible Fellowship in Big Lake.

She is survived by husband Leo; children Richard, Regina, Coco, step-children, Leo, Mia, Jason and Chad; sister Rita, daughter-in-law, Shannon; grandchildren, Brittany, Chase, Aubrey, Marisa, Wolfgang, Kameron, Alexandra, Sophie, Trey and great-grandchild, Kayden.

Services will be tonight at 6 p.m. at Faith Bible Fellowship, 14159 Hollywood Drive. Pastor Ethan Hansen will officiate.

She will be buried at Pioneer Cemetery in Palmer.
