One of the bus’s four passengers was treated on scene for back pain. Groeschel was cited for not exercising due care. Pickup totaled. Damage to bus: $2,000. The moose was pushed into the southbound lane where it was hit by Andy Gunlik, 21, Fairbanks, who was driving a white Toyota sedan. No human injuries. Both vehicles totaled. Mar. 7, 1:59 p.m., Mile 83 Parks Hwy.: Jennifer Lent, 37, Willow, northbound driving her 2002 Dodge pickup, lost control on the ice, left the road and rolled. The pickup came to rest on its roof. Mar. 7, 7 p.m., Mile 66 Parks Hwy.: Frederick Nagel, 65, Wasilla, southbound driving a 2000 Toyota SUV, when he lost control on the icy road hit a guardrail on the west side of the road then one on the east side, coming to rest in the southbound lane. The Toyota was totaled. A passenger had non-life-threatening injuries to her head and neck and was taken to Mat-Su Regional Medical Center. THEFT Mar. 4, 1:35 p.m., Birch View Dr.: Sometime that morning or afternoon a home was burglarized and $7,000 in property stolen. Damage to the home: $100. Mar. 4, 1:46 p.m., Quiet Cir.: A purse containing $30, important papers and medication was stolen from a vehicle sometime in the prior 11 minutes. Mar. 6, 5 a.m., Lucille St.: A large amount of cash and a pistol were taken from a safe. DRUG MISCONDCUT Mar. 6, 3:55 a.m., Big Lake Rd. and Padre Pio Rd.: Stephen A.
