Clyde A. Bozarth

Clyde A. Bozarth, 58, passed away Feb. 22 at Alaska Regional Hospital in Anchorage.

Clyde was born Sept. 8, 1950 in Placerville, Calif. He was a Vietnam War veteran. After serving in the war he was a logger as his family owned a logging business in California.

He moved to Alaska in 1982 where he did commercial fishing in Dutch Harbor. He later moved on to become an electrician. He loved to ride his motorcycle in the summertime and enjoyed John Wayne movies. He loved to spend time with his family especially his grandchildren.

Clyde was preceded in death by his brother John and both of his parents. He is survived by his wife Darl, son Joshua, grandchildren Stephen, Justin and Hailey, daughter Michelle, son-in-law Eric, brothers Byron and Connie and sisters Linda and Mary.

Clyde will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 1-3 p.m., on Saturday at the AMVETS hall, 1591 Creste Foris in Wasilla.
