ALASKA STATE TROOPERS DUI Mar. 29, 2:30 p.m., Parks Hwy. at Hidden Hills Rd.: Thomas Carroll Donnell, 41, Anchorage, driving a Ford F-250 pickup pulling two snowmachines, allegedly ran a stop sign and was hit on the highway by a 2001 Chevrolet Tracker driven by Nancy Moss, 53, Willow. Moss hospitalized with serious injuries that were not life-threatening. Donnell jailed for DUI and assault. Bail: $3,000.
