DRUG MISCONDUCT

Mar. 27, 8:17 p.m.: Christopher Fassino, 27, Wasilla, stopped for a moving violation. Officers found brass knuckles, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Summonses: drug misconduct, weapons misconduct.

DUI

Mar. 28, 2:12 a.m.: Amy J. Koll, 29, Wasilla, stopped for having erratic driving. Charge: DUI. Jailed until sober.

Mar. 28, 4:40 a.m., Swanson Ave. and Knik St.: David Loyd, 21, Big Lake, stopped for allegedly running a stop sign. Charge: DUI. Bail: $500.

Mar. 29, 2:08 a.m.: Laura Wade, 25, Valdez, stopped on a complaint from the public. Charge: DUI. Bail: $500.

Mar. 30, 12:28 a.m., Church Rd. and Parks Hwy.: Christopher Pettit, 35, Wasilla, arrested for DUI. Bail: $500.

Mar. 30, 3:19 p.m.: Ryan Milline, 27, Wasilla, stopped after multiple complaints from the public. Charges: Felony DUI, resisting arrest. Bail: $6,000.

 

DEATH INVESTIGATION

Mar. 28, 10:07 a.m.: Don Anderson, 60, Wasilla, was found to have died of natural causes.

NVOL

Mar. 28, 6 p.m., Knik-Goose Bay Rd. and Fern St.: Sophie Cruikshank, 21, Wasilla, summonsed for NVOL. Her 15-year-old passenger was also summonsed for underage drinking.

WARRANTS

Mar. 28, 11:39 p.m.: Arthur McMahon, 27, Wasilla, arrested on a warrant from the Crisp County (Ga.) Sheriff’s Office. No bail.

Mar. 31, 9:27 a.m.: Terry Yacovelli, 46, arrested at a local business on a tip from the public on three warrants for failure to appear in court — two on charges of drug misconduct and one on a charge of DWLR.

DWLSCR

Mar. 30, 9:16 a.m., Parks Hwy. and Seward-Meridian Pkwy.: B. J. White, 25, Houston, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Christine Saunders, 48, Wasilla. White cited for not exercising due care and summonsed for DWLS.

RUNAWAY

Mar. 30, 10:37 p.m.: Jeffrey Lynn Brummer, 52, Wasilla, reported his son had run away. The boy is 5’2”, 95 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair and was last seen wearing a dark gray hooded sweatshirt.
