ALASKA STATE TROOPERS DISORDERLY CONDUCT Apr. 2, 4:05 p.m., Via Tranquilla Dr.: Jeffrey Kipi, 49, Wasilla, was allegedly intoxicated and creating unreasonably loud noise. He was given a warning. Three hours later, troopers were called again. Kipi was arrested for disorderly conduct. Bail: $250.
