Both the owner, Krystle Edwardson, 27, Wasilla, and her boyfriend, Thomas Stibbs, 38, Wasilla, were highly intoxicated and admitted to driving. Stibbs’ charge: Felony DUI. Bail: $5,000. Edwardson’s charge: DUI. Bail: $750.

May 8, 5:11 a.m., Parks Hwy. near Spenard Builder’s Supply: Troopers responding to a complaint from the public found a 17-year-old driver by the side of the road where his front wheel had broken from the axle. Charges: DUI, underage drinking, violating a provisional license, child endangerment. A 17-year-old passenger was summonsed for underage drinking.
May 8, 2:06 a.m., Wasilla: Otis McCall East Jr., 49, Wasilla, fled on foot from a vehicle troopers were trying to stop for a moving violation. Charges: DUI, DWLS, failure to stop for an officer. Bail: $5,000.
