" seems to me that when PARENTS are not able to do their JOB in CHILD REARING. THE LAW DOES. and ALASKA seems to be making alot of money off of ENFORCEMENT, while others create an INCOME off of "Professional Panhandling Legally Under the Not For Profit Status Organizations," - sure they create jobs and mission statements and reap federal grants. And that my friend, is where that buck stops. Who in Alaska is not on the Federal Governments Payroll? "

" you bring up a good point, but i cant count how many times i come on here and read about people between ages 15 and 19 that dont even have a liceance. if the driving age was changed, then that number would just increase. kids are going to drive no matter what. "

" Maybe these children should not be able to begin driving until around the age of 21. I counted 3 accidents that involved 17 year old kids. That is a problem that needs to be addressed. "
