The bylaws issues have not been enacted because it was the intention as expressly stated by the Bylaws committee that they be enacted January 1, 2010. Its in the Board minutes and on the audio records. The Board attorney has also issued rather lengthy legal opinions on the matter, citing numerous precedents and much case law. I hope that helps clear up a few things. "

The capital credits I've received over the years bought a few cups of coffee and probably cost more to send out than they were worth, so I'd rather have had the money go toward needed maintenance and upgrades. In my downtown home, the power goes off with regularity - twice this week so far. Not for long, but enough I don't set the clock on the coffee maker or microwave anymore. Carmony has gotten us into plenty of expensive and unnecessary legal battles and union wars over the years. Thanks, board members, for making the tough decisions best for our future. "
