" Several times in the last few months a lineman has had a near miss. Any of which could have killed them. This needs to be dealt with. This comes from poor dispatching and I hope that the new manager looks at the qualifications of the people at MEA that deal with the lives of our lineman. We need qualified people in dispatch. Not sure that is the case at this time. Recently one dispatch error zapped a pole and started a fire. That could have killed anyone or started a forest fire. "
