" It got to the point that everyone knew that Wayne was no longer running a cooperative, but his own kingdom. Did you know it took 14 years to make Wayne let the engineers turn there voice mail on. To this day the are not allowed to use email or have cell phones. Why? Because king Carmony said so. Employees in all departments are laughed at simple because Wayne never allowed MEA employees to be treated like professionals. He always wanted to keep everyone under his thumb. The Union salary is only a small portion of the over all budget. If the Union is going to wreck MEA, then the math does not add up.
