" I do hope that Mrs Palin takes the TIME to deal with her family issues, i.e. unmarried daughter, grandson, teenage daughter and the little one who appears to be a slave to the baby - Tieg.

Having worked with medically challenged children, my endure life (brother died beaten by caregivers) I was MOST upset, that Mrs. Palin, made mention, that Alaskan ADULTS made fun of her Down's Syndrome child. What an INSULT to those who've put up with this family's antics, mostly money grubbing!! I do NOT believe that any Alaskan would do this? "

" Gov. Palin's decision, though understandable, is a loss for the US, for politics, and for our country. Many said she was inexperienced in her run for VP but she would have done the job better than the inexperinced "current administration". It won the election on charisma as everything in the last 4 months has illustrated it's total inexperience to do the job. Gov Palin has character, ethics, and a sense of what this country needs. Her mere involvement in politics caused fear and worry or she would not have been the target of such vile attacks. "
