Jake Brown gets a airborn while towed behind a boat on Finger Lake Saturday afternoon during the 13th annual Palmer Elks Lodge and Challenge Alaska Summer Splash Disabled Water Sports Symposium. The event allows people with disabilities to enjoy water sports with family and friends.
