ALASKA STATE TROOPERS

PROTECTIVE ORDER VIOLATION

June 25, 1:07 p.m., Palmer-Fishhook Rd.: Jim Kitchens, 37, allegedly went to his victim’s place of employment in violation of a domestic violence retraining order. No bail.

ACCIDENTS

June 25, 9 p.m., Hyer Rd. and Grantham Rd.: A 16-year-old Wasilla boy, southbound in a 1993 Chevrolet pickup, lost control and rolled into the ditch. No injuries. Damage: $4,000. Teen cited for speeding.

June 26, 5:25 p.m., Knik-Goose Bay Rd. and Mack Dr.: A 16-year-old New Mexico girl turned left off of Mack Drive in a gray 1992 Dodge pickup and hit a black 1992 Ford pickup being driven by Jeff R. Gustaveson, 45, Wasilla. Gustaveson cited for NVOL. Total damages: $2,000.

June 28, 2:08 p.m., Mile 34 Parks Hwy.: Daniel Ouilette, 31, Anchorage, northbound in a 2003 Ford Taurus, lost control and hit a guardrail. No injuries. Taurus totaled. Guardrail damage: $5,000. Ouilette jailed for driving on a suspended Washington license and violating a domestic violence protective order.

MISUSE OF PLATES

June 25, 2 a.m., Mile 50 Parks Hwy.: Nathen Roelfs, 21, Wasilla, stopped for a moving violation, allegedly was using license plates that belonged on a family member’s vehicle. Summons: Misuse of plates.

DUI

June 26, 1:30 a.m., Parks Hwy. near Alaska View Motel: Carlton Pettit, 36, Wasilla, stopped for erratic driving. Charges: DUI, NVOL, drug misconduct. Bail: $2,750.

June 26, 3:36 a.m., Mile 102 Glenn Hwy.: Troopers responded to a vehicle blocking traffic with the driver passed out behind the wheel. William A. Leonard Jr., 29, Anchorage, had two children in the car. Charges: DUI, DWLR, refusing a chemical test, child endangerment. Bail: $5,000.

June 27, 1:07 a.m., Mile 34 Glenn Hwy.: Vilaphone Sonemanivong, 49, Anchorage, stopped for a moving violation. Charge: DUI. Bail: $500.

June 27, 9:26 p.m., Mile 2 Knik River Rd.: Walter R. Riede, 46, Palmer, stopped for a moving violation. Charge: DUI. Bail: $500.

June 27, 11:15 p.m., Marth Rd. and Plumley Rd.: Jason E. Vinson, 28, Palmer, stopped on a complaint from the public. Charges: DUI, DWLR. Bail: $2,750.

June 11, 7:26 p.m., Long Lake: Kurtis Helm, 31, Anchorage, cited for fishing without a license.

June 12, 2:45 p.m., Little Susitna River: Alaska State Parks officers cited Donald R. Craig, 43, Big Lake, for fishing without a harvest record in his possession.

June 12, 2:55 p.m., Little Susitna River: Alaska State Parks Officers cited Joe Beasley, 32, Wasilla, for fishing with bait where prohibited.

June 20, 4:26 p.m., Wasilla Creek near Palmer-Fishhook Rd.: Brent Ladd, 19, Big Lake, cited for fishing without a license.

June 20, 6:30 p.m., Little Susitna River: Adrian Roy Lane, 60, Wasilla, cited for using bait where prohibited and having a child under 13 years of age in his boat with out a life jacket.

June 20, 7:08 p.m., Lake Creek: Ralph Carney, 44, Anchorage, cited for fishing while not closely attending his line and using bait where its use is prohibited.

June 20, Wasilla: Hunter Riddle, 19, Markleeville, Calif., cited for buying a resident fishing license when he didn’t qualify and also for fraudulently purchasing a king salmon stamp.

June 21, 8:11 a.m., Lake Creek: Ralph Carney, 44, Anchorage, cited for fishing with a line not closely attended and using bait where bait was prohibited.

June 21, 9:04 a.m., Little Susitna River below Burma Landing: Alaska State Parks officers cited John M. Jacobson III, 51, Wasilla, for using bait where prohibited.

June 21, 9:04 a.m., Little Susitna River below Burma Landing: Richard Childress Jr., 47, Wasilla, cited for fishing with bait where prohibited.

June 21, Little Susitna River: Charles Hendon, 53, Eagle River, cited for fishing with bait where prohibited.

June 21, Little Susitna River: Thomas Kleven, 40, Eagle River, cited for fishing with bait where prohibited.

June 25, 3:13 a.m., Eklutna Tailrace: Hunter Date-Terry, 25, Montana, cited for fishing without a king salmon stamp.

June 25, 3:41 a.m., Eklutna Tailrace: Carl Seutter, 40, Wasilla, cited for fishing with two lines.

THEFT

June 26, 8:09 p.m., Dimond Wy.: Someone entered a home through a back window during the previous three days and stole an external hard drive, computer monitors, a scanner, several DVDs and a printer.

June 28, 12:50 a.m., Hallie Dr.: A man reported his blue 2005 Yamaha Kodiak 400 ATV stolen from his home.

UNDERAGE DRINKING

June 28, 1:20 a.m., Parks Hwy. and Johnson Rd.: Anna J. Cecil, 18, Anchorage issued a summons for underage drinking and minor driving after drinking.

DEATH INVESTIGATION

June 23, 6:50 a.m., Jack Fish Rd.: Spencer Kenneth Hill, 73, died at home after an extended illness.
