" Mrs. Metiva may have had 4 BOD's sign off on all expenses, but how forthcoming was she? Did she say "this $3,000 was for my diet pills" or "part of this expense is for my dental operation". I don't believe any BOD would have approved any of her personal charges had they been privy to those charges.

If Cheryl doesn't pay for her personal charges then she should be removed. She's a big girl and was fully aware of what she was doing.

Cheryl has no respect for the Chamber and it's members. "

" We had already decided not to renew our membership due to the increasing membership dues since Metiva started. She did make some positive changes, but the dues are exorbitant now. It makes us angry that our dues were spent so recklessly. I believe the history of both of the Metivas need to be looked into further. I've always had red flags about both of them. Shame on the Board for not making a clean break and starting over with new regulations, checks & balances, and a new Director. I have no faith in Metiva. "
