I am a supporter of Gov. Palin from Staten Island, N.Y., and blog exclusively about her accomplishments, an activity I find particularly uplifting and inspirational. For anyone who harbors doubts about Gov. Palin’s service, as a point of comparison, I have lived in New York for all of my 40 years. In this period, we have had seven governors dating back to six years before Gov. Palin was born. All seven of them combined — from both parties — have not accomplished anywhere near what Sarah Palin has in the seven months that have passed for 2009 alone. Our current governor is routinely lambasted for being “hapless” and having no leadership skills whatsoever. His predecessor’s claim to fame is being “Client No. 9” of a prostitution ring. His Republican predecessor subjected our state to 11 solid years of corruption, which was preceded by 11 years of corruption from a Democrat. I can continue back to 1959, but suffice it say not one of our seven governors have accomplished anything noteworthy – in 50 years.
I am compiling a master list of Gov. Palin’s 2009 accomplishments — a project that has taken several hours and is nowhere near finished. I had to build a team of authors on my blog just to cover her accomplishments. There are simply too many in volume, size, scale and scope to be covered by one person. Sarah Palin accomplished every goal set forth when she campaigned to be your state’s governor. Her staff remains and is on the same page with her. She is a textbook transformational leader — the type studied in MBA courses. She performed her service with honor, grace and to the highest of standards.

No wonder so many of us view this country as going straight down the toilet. Look at how we justify acting like scumbags. "

She used her children as props in the election, and then feined shock when the public commented on them. It is not unreasonable to criticize her parenting skills and her choice to thrust her children into the public eye.
She has so many personal and political faults that her children, and poor parenting, are a moot point. "

Sarah Palin is possibly a happy family and church person, and I think that is great. She should stick to that. My problem is when she ventures into politics. That is when she shows herself to have left honesty, and character, in the dust.
She quit her post as Governor of the State, for frivolous, cowardly, self serving reasons. Her political future is over! Get over it! "

so, Ed, when are you going to grow up, and move out on your own, and get out of mommas basement? i'm certain she has to be getting tired of cleaning up the bucksnot off your keyboard by now. "

" My concern for Palin rests on her resignation comments regarding the bloggers. If she continues at national level, the media/bloggers will make it tougher on her and her family. They got under her skin in AK and will hound her every step on the national level.
Palin does too much mixed messaging which creates the polarization that haunts her numbers. While she might be a wonderful person, I don't think she has the experience to run this country. "=============
Look at the "crappy" job she did with family "

BTW, it was Palin who raised the sales tax in Wasilla and then lied about doing that during the VP debate.
She is certainly no inspiration to this American! "

I have followed her since she became Governor, and I am simply in awe of what this woman has accomplished.
She has inspired me to become more politically active, and blog as well.
To Jim from Boston, the pipe line deal is a reality, will be paid for with private dollars, and nothing like the corrupt Boston "Big Dig". THAT is a boondoggle! "

And just think, they got what they wanted...and all they had to do was waste thousands of taxpayer money on frivilous lawsuits and unsupported ethics complaints! "

But know this, Governor Palin made the right choice for Alaska and for her family.
For you out-of-staters, the ethics complaints cost ME money.
Our state is left in good hands, with projects in the works.
Rest and heal, Govenor Palin. Then, follow your plan to help others. "

2. She didn't get anywhere with the gas pipeline boondoggle.
Did I leave anything out?
What's missing from this list are Palin's ties to radical extremists, fanatical christianists, and secessionists but I'm sure you have researched those matters.
Face it, those issues are going to come up again if she is foolish enough to try for national office. The current president has faults but people do realize one sterling quality - he's sane. "

thank you for your letter! I'm so sick of the hate mongers these days!
Ashamed of what people are becoming, since this last election!
Hateful and foul mouthed! I know she will go far and is what America needs right now!! Not what Washington wants, but what true Americans need! Thank you Sarha and keep going strong! Alaska will loose but America will win! "
