July 18, 4:13 p.m., 1601 W. Parks Hwy.: A 26-foot U-Haul box van was pulling into a parking space when it side-swiped a parked 1968 Mercury Cougar. No injuries.

July 17, 6:58 p.m.: Someone flagged down a police officer to report a drunken driver. Susan L. Cromwell, 51, Wasilla, was arrested for DUI. Bail: $2,500.
July 18, 4:41 a.m.: Robert Hoadley, 46, Wasilla, stopped for swerving. Charge: DUI. Bail: $1,000.
THEFT
July 15, 1 p.m., S. Knik St.: A 62-year-old woman reported that on or around July 7 someone entered her parked, unlocked vehicle and stole several credit cards.
July 17, 4:22 p.m.: A 35-year-old Wasilla woman reported items had been stolen from her parked vehicle and that subsequently fraudulent purchases were made using her credit card.
July 17, 6:31 p.m., Lacy Lp.: Someone pried open the door on a storage shed and stole a $75 table saw.
July 18, 4 p.m., Yenlo St.: A 19-year-old Wasilla man reported the window of his pickup had been opened and his stereo faceplate and his fiancée’s wallet had been stolen.
July 19, 9:19 a.m.: A Wasilla man reported his pickup had been broken into and several items stolen.
July 22, 2:52 a.m., W. Parks Hwy.: The back drive-thru window of a business was broken out and someone was able to reach in and steal some items.
UNDERAGE DRINKING
July 17, 8:32 p.m., Parks Hwy. and Church Rd.: Chantelle Carrier, 19, Anchorage, stopped on a complaint from the public. Summons: Underage drinking, minor driving after drinking.
July 17, 8:32 p.m., Parks Hwy. and Church Rd.: Maegan Perryman, 19, Anchorage, passenger in a vehicle stopped on a complaint from the public, issued a summons for underage drinking.
WARRANTS
July 17, 11 p.m., Knik-Goose Bay near Parks Hwy.: Police recognized a driver as Lawrence Geske Jr., 20, Wasilla, who was known to associate with Jeremy Smilie, 22, who police were looking to arrest on a warrant for failure to appear in court. When they stopped the vehicle, they found Smilie was the passenger. Geske tried to give a fake name for Smilie. Both were arrested. Charge for Geske: Hindering prosecution. Bail: $500. Bail for Smilie: $1,000.
NVOL
July 18, 5:06 a.m., Tommy Moe Dr. and Swanson Ave.: James Gregory, 30, Anchorage stopped for failing to yield. Summons: NVOL.
DWLSCR
July 18, 9:29 p.m.: Fabian Espinoza, 29, Anchorage, stopped for an equipment violation. Summons: DWLR.
July 20, 9:04 p.m.: Byrn Wilson stopped for not wearing his seatbelt in a car with no ignition interlock device installed. Records showed he’d been ordered only to drive cars with such a device. Charges: DWLR, driving in violation of a limited license. Citation: No seatbelt.
July 22, 5:28 p.m.: Patrick D. McMullen, 24, Wasilla, issued a summons for DWLS.
July 22, 8 p.m.: Robert D. Kimpton, 46, Wasilla, issued a summons for DWLR.
ASSAULT
July 19, 12:40 a.m., Mug-Shot Saloon: Shara Kelly, 32, Wasilla, allegedly assaulted the bar’s manager. An assault charge will be forwarded to the District Attorney.
July 19, 7:09 a.m., Foothills Cir. and Graybark Dr.: An assault occurred between two men. Police are investigating and haven’t yet filed charges.
INSTRUCTIONAL PERMIT VIOLATION
July 20, 9:51 p.m.: A 17-year-old Wasilla boy was stopped for an equipment violation. Summons: Driving in violation of instructional permit.
MISSING CAR
July 22, 3:16 p.m.: Kendall Ford reported a dark blue 2006 Ford Fusion with Alaska plates EYT308 was missing from its lot. It was last seen on July 17 at 2 p.m. and is worth $10,000.

DUI
July 13: Glenn L. Colen, 45, Palmer, arrested for DUI and misuse of plates. Bail: $2,500.
July 14: Rodney B. Hawkins, 52, Wasilla, arrested for DUI. Bail: $500.
July 17: Deanna L. Amerson, 37, Anchorage, arrested for DUI and DWLR. Bail: $1,250.
WARRANTS
July 14: Thomas Jay Stibbs, 38, Barrow, arrested on $5,000 warrant for failure to appear in court on DUI charge.
July 15: Christopher Everette Starr, 30, Wasilla, turned himself in on $500 warrant for failure to appear at arraignment on DWLR charge.
THEFT
July 15: Leonard H. Corbin, 78, Oregon, arrested for theft and trespassing. No bail set.
July 17: A bicycle was reportedly stolen from the rear of Palmer Arms.
July 17: Kyle McFadden, 25, Palmer, summonsed for shoplifting after allegedly walking out of Carrs with $4.49 worth of leather dye.
July 18: Palmer Chevron: A newer blue minivan reportedly left without paying for $49.60 worth of gas.
July 19: A 36-year-old Palmer woman reported her wallet stolen. Gerri Elaine Albertson, 40, was allegedly found in possession of the wallet. She was charged with theft and jailed until sober.
PROTECTIVE ORDER VIOLATION
July 16: A 57-year-old Palmer man was allegedly seen near the residence of his ex-wife in violation of a domestic violence protective order.
VIOLATING LIMITED
LICENSE
July 16: Herbert Walker, 47, Palmer, stopped for a moving violation, found to have been driving a motorcycle without a motorcycle endorsement on his license.
DAMAGED SIGN
July 16, Helen Dr. and Felton St.: A street sign was reportedly run over.
VIOLATING RELEASE CONDITIONS
July 16: Rodney Hawkins, 52, arrested after the Valley Hotel reported he refused to leave his room after checkout. He was hospitalized due to his extreme intoxication. A charge of violating release conditions was sent to the District Attorney.
DRUGS
July 18, Fred Meyer: A report of a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot ended with summonses issued to Louis Allen Mann, 18, Palmer, and Glenn Edward Hamilton III, 20, of Palmer, for drug misconduct.
UNDERAGE DRINKING
July 19: Following a noise complaint, Wesley A. Fuxa, 19, Sterling, three Palmer 15-year-olds and a Sterling 17-year-old were issued summonses for underage drinking.
