What a pleasure it is to have a reason to write something positive for a change. We can never thank our volunteers enough for the dedicated service they contribute to our communities. A huge “thank you” to one and all who serve.
I happened to be on the receiving end of the volunteer service performed by the ambulance crew from West Lakes Fire Department recently, and believe me, I could not have received more professional medical treatment anywhere in Alaska. After a 911 call, their arrival was prompt, their actions were coordinated and they performed efficiently.

Once again, thank you for being there when I needed you, and most of all, thank you for being a volunteer.

The purpose of me writting this is to give a BIG THANKS all the people on the scene that stopped to help.
I do not know who you all are but thanks.
Also would like to thank my profesional ambulance crew Jamie & April & the unknown driver.
PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR MOTORCYCLES our lives depend on it. "
