Aug. 11, 1:52 p.m., Blue Lupine Dr. and Dimond Wy.: Stanley Boley, 73, Wasilla, missed the turn onto Dimond and was backing up in the road when he hit a vehicle driven by Eric Atkinson, 28, Wasilla.

THEFT
Aug. 12, 10:43 p.m., Carrs: A 16-year-old girl allegedly attempted to leave without paying for $25 worth of cosmetics. Charges are being sent to Juvenile Intake.

Aug. 6, 11:25 p.m., Diana Ave.: A 15-year-old boy allegedly assaulted two family members and damaged property. Charges: Assault, criminal mischief. No bail set.
Aug. 7, 8:48 a.m., Mile 46 Parks Hwy.: Stella M. Lieb, 48, Houston, allegedly threatened another person with a knife and fled prior to troopers arrival but was arrested in the courthouse parking lot. Charge: Assault. Bail: $5,000.
Aug. 7, 9:11 p.m., McKechnie Lp.: Raymond L. Rossiter, 59, Wasilla, allegedly assaulted his girlfriend. Charge: Assault.
Aug. 7, 8:16 p.m., Gooseberry Cir.: Joseph M. Ortega, 22, Wasilla, stopped leaving the scene of a reported assault, had allegedly assaulted a person and smashed the person’s windshield. He also allegedly tried to bribe the victim. Charges: Assault, criminal mischief, unlawful contact, interfering with an official proceeding. No bail set.
Aug. 7, 10:10 p.m., Willow Station Rd.: Wyatt Jacobs, 37, Willow, allegedly punched a family member in the face and slammed her head against the ground. Charge: Assault. No bail set.
THEFT
Aug. 6, 9:15 p.m., N. Willow Ln.: A red 2005 Honda Rancher 400 with a winch was stolen from a home. Loss: $4,000.
Aug. 6, 5:50 p.m., Irwin Lp.: Someone kicked in the back door of a home and stole $300 in jewelry. Damage: $75.
Aug. 7, 1:21 p.m., Rainbow St.: Someone stole a 12-foot trailer from a yard sometime between Aug. 3 and Aug. 4.
Aug. 10, 5:30 p.m., Resenoff Ln.: A back door was pried open and a $4,000 flat-screen television, several sets of golf clubs worth a combined $3,000, a $1,000 wine collection and numerous CDs were stolen.
Aug. 10, 6:15 p.m., S. Binnacle Cr.: A back door was pried open and a .44 Ruger revolver, several $1,500 laptop computers, a $1,000 flat screen television, artwork, jewelry and several iPods were stolen.
Aug. 10, 7:31 p.m., Gosling Cir.: A blue-and-white Fiberform lake boat was stolen from a home.
Aug. 11, 5 a.m., Mile 36 Parks Hwy.: Brian K. Millard, 32, Wasilla, allegedly stole a car stereo from a used car lot. He was apprehended a short distance away driving a car with the stolen property inside. He was arrested on warrants for escape on a DWLS and theft charge and for failure to appear in court on a DWLS charge. New charges; theft, criminal mischief, trespassing. Bail for the warrants: $1,500. Bail for the new charges still pending. Passenger Marlena J. Adams, 28, Wasilla, allegedly tried to conceal Millard’s identity and was arrested for hindering prosecution. Bail: $2,000.
Aug. 12, 7:22 a.m., Hollywood Rd.: A tan and white, 22-foot Bayliner worth $10,000 with a 125-horsepower Mercury outboard motor was stolen form a home sometime between 10 p.m. Aug. 11 and 6 a.m. Aug. 12.
Aug. 12, 9:55 p.m., Blue Lupine Dr.: A yellow purse containing credit cards, a checkbook, cash and military identification was stolen from a vehicle. Loss: $150.
ACCIDENTS
Aug. 6, 6 p.m., Caribou Rd.: An 8-year-old Wasilla boy was southbound, crossing Bogard Rd. on an ATV, was hit by a westbound Saturn sedan being driven by Joshua Ness, 26, Wasilla. No injuries. ATV undamaged. Damage to Saturn: $1,000. The 8-year-old was cited for not yielding.
Aug. 11, 4:40 p.m., Echo Ave.: A 16-year-old Wasilla boy backed out of a driveway into the path of Ronald Kuzina, 63, Wasilla. No injuries. Teen cited for not yielding.
Aug. 12, 1:49 p.m., Trunk Rd. and College Dr.: Anthony Carrington, 27, Wasilla, lost control of his 2003 Toyota Echo and rolled into the ditch. Citation: No proof of insurance.

Aug. 6, 4:11 a.m., Big Lake Rd. and Hughes Homestead Rd.: A 16-year-old motorist was stopped by concerned citizens. Troopers learned he’d been in an accident at Big Lake Rd. and Hibbard Rd. and fled the scene. Charges: DUI, underage drinking, minor driving after drinking, NVOL, leaving the scene of an accident. No bail pending arraignment.
Aug. 8, 2:03 a.m., Wasilla: Walter Dixon, 50, Big Lake, stopped for an equipment violation. Charges: DUI, weapons misconduct, refusing a chemical test.
Aug. 8, 11:59 p.m., Seward-Meridian Pkwy. and Palmer-Wasilla Hwy.: Ian Wisecarver, 22, Wasilla, driving a 1991 Toyota Camry, hit a Chevrolet Malibu driven by Kenneth Baker, 28, Kenai. Both cars were stopped at the light. Wisecarver arrested for DUI and weapons misconduct.
