Beverly Hogue

Beverly “Bobbie” Hogue died Aug. 12 at her home with her son and daughter-in-law at her side. She was born in Roswell, N.M., on June 16, 1933 the daughter of Lester and Emma (Potter) Mason.

After moving to Alaska in June of 1997 from Susanville, Calif., Bobbie worked for a time at the Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge. After retiring, she spent her time making crafts for her family and friends, while enjoying pets at her home.

Bobbie is survived by her son, Richard and his wife Annie; daughter, Vicki and her husband Rudy Arredondo; granddaughter Felicia Clark: daughter, Shannon Dowdy, and four grandsons; sister Pat Kent and brother-in-law Al Kent.
