ASSAULT

Sept. 5, 8:46 a.m., Williwaw Wy.: Darlene R. Otten-Carl, 44, Wasilla, allegedly assaulted a family member and broke the windows out of a vehicle. Charges: Domestic violence assault, domestic violence criminal mischief. No bail set.

Sept. 6, 5:05 a.m., Talkeetna: Kimberly Hutchings, 33, Talkeetna, allegedly assaulted a trooper. Charges: Assault, marijuana possession. Bail: $200.

DRUGS

Aug. 31, Mile 51 Glenn Hwy.: Kyle Redmon, 19, Wasilla, stopped for a moving violation. Summons: marijuana possession.

Sept. 5, 6:40 p.m., Parks Hwy. and Trunk Rd.: Dustin Kurpius, 28, Anchorage, stopped for a registration violation. Summons: marijuana possession.

DEATH INVESTIGATIONS

Sept. 2, 6:03 a.m., Palmer: Ronald L. Mcneese, 74, Palmer, found to have died of natural causes.

Sept. 4, 11:50 a.m., Knik Glacier: Jackson Kemp Holland Jr., 55, Palmer, found to have died of natural causes while horseback riding.

Sept. 4, 4:05 p.m., S. Settlers Bay Dr.: Michelle Maria Brooks, 48, Wasilla, found to have died at home of natural causes.

WARRANTS

Sept. 1, 8:15 p.m., Mile 35 Glenn Hwy.: Kodi Straight, arrested at a traffic stop on a warrant stemming from an assault charge. Bail: $1,000.

Sept. 2, 5:25 p.m., Beverly Lakes Rd.: James Andrew Stone, 19, Wasilla, arrested on $10,000 warrant for failure to appear in court on drug misconduct charges.

Sept. 3, 7:14 p.m., Palmer Post: Mark Bolus, 24, Palmer, turned himself in on a $1,000 warrant stemming from theft, DWLS, underage drinking and fraud charges.

Sept. 5, 5:52 a.m., Palmer: Roberta L. Delaware, 51, Wasilla, arrested on warrant for failure to appear at arraignment on DWLS charge. Bail: $500.

WILDLIFE VIOLATIONS

Aug. 28, 4:30 p.m., Sheep Creek: David J. Dreher, 32, Anchorage, cited for catching three silver salmon when the limit was two.

Aug. 29, 3 p.m., Montana Creek: Victor A. Romero, 42, Anchorage, cited for catching three silver salmon when the limit was two.

Aug. 29, Houston: Jason Cosner, 21, Wasilla, cited for not having a moose harvest ticket while moose hunting.

Aug. 29, Wasilla: Sean Morkal, 28, Anchorage, cited for hunting without a license.

Aug. 30, Bald Mountain: Dmitriy A. Khveshchuk, 39, Wasilla, cited for trying to take a black bear without a harvest ticket.

Sept. 4, 10:57 a.m., Butte: Brooks A. Pitcher, 26, Wasilla, cited for not validating his 2009 moose harvest report after taking a moose.

Sept. 5, Twelve Mile Lake: Roger L. Leinen, 49, Wasilla, issued a summons for taking a cow moose during a closed season. Leinen had a permit but allegedly took the moose outside the hunt area.

Sept. 5, Zero Lake Rd.: Anthony T. Frank, 31, Wasilla, cited for hunting without his harvest ticket in his possession.

NO INSURANCE

Sept. 1, 11:30 p.m., S. Lamont Cir.: John F. Caverly, 24, Palmer, stopped for an equipment violation, arrested for habitually driving without insurance. Bail: $500.

Sept. 4, 9:01 p.m., Mile 32.5 Glenn Hwy.: Ronald Lee Knight II, 31, Wasilla, stopped for having defective equipment. Charge: No insurance. Bail: $250.

ELUDING ARREST

Sept. 4, 3:11 p.m., Mile 8 Knik-Goose Bay Rd.: Troopers tried to pull over Ryan Jewett, 23, Wasilla, who did not stop for eight miles and reached speeds of 100 mph on his motorcycle. Charges: Eluding arrest, reckless driving, no insurance. Bail: $10,000.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Sept. 4, 11:45 p.m., Kepler-Bradley Lake Campground: Emily Rice, 23, Anchorage, issued a disorderly conduct warning. At 1:22 a.m. troopers were called back and arrested her for not quieting down as she’d agreed to do. Charge: Disorderly conduct. Jailed until sober.

UNDERAGE DRINKING

Sept. 4, 11:52 p.m., Mile 34 Glenn Hwy.: William P. Nucero, 20, Anchorage, stopped for a moving violation. Summons: Underage drinking, minor driving after drinking.

Sept. 6, 3:20 a.m., Wilma St. near Freeman Wy.: A 17-year-old was issued a summons for underage drinking at a traffic stop.

NVOL

Sept. 5, 9:35 p.m., Mile 30 Glenn Hwy.: Shaun Banfield, 30, Anchorage, stopped for an equipment violation. Summons: NVOL.

ASSAULT

Sept. 1, 2:34 p.m., Grandview Hotel: Jeremy Bendt, 20, Wasilla, arrested at a disturbance and charged with domestic violence assault.

Sept. 6, 8:19 a.m., Parks Hwy. and Seward-Meridian Pkwy.: Michael Botelho, 23, Wasilla, arrested at a disturbance. Charge: Assault.

DWLSCR

Sept. 4, 2:55 a.m.: Erik Barber, 34, Talkeetna, stopped for making an illegal turn. Summons: DWLS.

Sept. 5, 2:25 a.m.: Renee David, 21, Mentaska Lake, stopped for an equipment violation. Summons: DWLR.

Sept. 6, 12:04 a.m., Lucille St. and Spruce St.: Yoderick Floyd, 39, Wasilla, stopped for running a stop sign. Summons: DWLS.

Sept. 7, 8:39 p.m.: Keith Aguchak, 26, Wasilla, stopped for speeding. Summons: DWLR.

FOUND PROPERTY

Sept. 4, 9:25 a.m., Family Medicine of Alaska: An employee reported that a new bike and helmet had been left in front of the business.

THEFT

Sept. 4, 5:41 p.m., Wal-Mart: Randy Fox, 21, Wasilla, allegedly spotted walking out of the store wearing stolen shoes worth $52.50. Theft charges were sent to the District Attorney.
