" In follow-up to criminals not serving time or restitution, I have called AST no less than 5 times since June regarding items stolen from my home in December (again this morning). Not only did they not call me back, but they still have the few items they did recover from the p*wn shop as "evidence" in their posession, charges apparently aren't being filed even though the person that p*wned the items is a known drug addict, the p*wn shops make you buy back your own items. Its quite a racket. Citizens have no place to turn. "
