She married Robert Harford and supported the Air Force when her husband was serving the nation for 20 years. Mrs. Harford worked on and off from 1952 at Spotless Cleaners in Woonsocket, R.I. “Everyone who knew Mom loved her. She was Mom to all our friends,” wrote her daughter, Cheryl. “She was the rock of the Harford family. Her life’s goal was to keep us together and stick it out till the end. She made us see the error of our ways and still loved us. We cherished the days we were given with her.
