ALASKA STATE TROOPERS ACCIDENTS Sept. 30, 4:56 p.m., Palmer-Wasilla Hwy. and Meridian Lp.: Tia Talbot, 20, Wasilla, driving a 1999 Oldsmobile, was rear-ended by Brendon Snell, 18, Wasilla, who was driving a 1993 Chevrolet pickup. Talbot hospitalized for evaluation. Snell cited for not exercising due care.
