Oct. 5, 4:12 a.m., Pettis Dr.: Joseph Bodunov, 20, Willow, drove into the ditch and was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on an underage drinking charge. New charges: DUI, underage drinking, minor driving after drinking. No bail.
Oct. 6, 3 a.m., Mile 50 Parks Hwy.: Linda L. Marmon, 50, Ninilchik, stopped for a moving violation. Charge: DUI. Bail: $250.
ACCIDENTS
Oct. 5, 2:38 p.m., Mile 117 Parks Hwy.: Jessica Arness, 24, Kenai, northbound driving a 2008 Ford Explorer, hit a moose. Minor human injuries due to flying glass. Damage to Explorer: $10,000. Moose donated to charity.

Oct. 5, 3:06 p.m., Petersville Rd.: Richard Smith, 83, Trapper Creek, found to have died of natural causes.

Oct. 5, 10:09 p.m., Jonesville Mine Rd.: Helena Wells, 40, Sutton, allegedly assaulted a family member. Charge: Domestic violence assault. No bail pending arraignment.
Oct. 5, 4:48 p.m., Mayflower Ln.: Benjamin Frye, 23, Wasilla, allegedly assaulted a family member and caused unreasonably loud noise. Charges: Assault, disorderly conduct. No bail set.

DUI
Sept. 30, 6:46 a.m., Mystery Ave.: Forrest Miles III, 24, Wasilla, crashed his vehicle. Charge: DUI. Bail: $500.
Oct. 3, 5:51 p.m., Old Matanuska Rd.: Thomas Papasergia, 47, Bakersfield, Calif., stopped as a suspicious vehicle. Charge: DUI.
Oct. 3, 10:51 p.m., Fireweed Rd. near the Chevrolet dealership: Vera Pool, 45, El Paso, Texas, stopped on a complaint from the public. Charge: DUI. Bail: $500.
VANDALISM
Sept. 30, 9:04 a.m., Bogard Rd.: A man reported someone broke a window at the Food Pantry. Damage: $300.
Oct. 3, 9:21 p.m., W. Stoneridge Cir.: A homeowner reported a man knocked on his front door and demanded to be let in, breaking the window in the door in the process. Damage: $300.
Oct. 7, Lucille St. and Spruce Ave.: A 48-year-old Wasilla man reported a Cat loader had had its window broken out. Other damage was done to the Cat loader and other pieces of equipment.
THEFT
Sept. 30, 12:42 p.m., Courtland Cir.: Someone stole a 9-year-old Sears 5500-watt generator sometime in the previous two or three weeks. Loss: $400.
Oct. 1, 9:30 a.m., Sportsman’s Warehouse: Someone stole an RV generator from the RV show sometime in the previous four days. Loss: $400.
Oct. 2, 5:57 p.m., Carrs: Two juveniles allegedly shoplifted $12.54 worth of merchandise. Charges will be sent to Juvenile Intake.
Oct. 3, 6:22 p.m., Wal-Mart parking lot: An ATV was stolen from a trailer while its owner was inside shopping.
Oct. 4, 3:08 p.m., A Wasilla woman reported her vehicle had been stolen.
Oct. 5, 10:19 p.m., Grandview Motel: A bag containing a camera, laptop and several personal documents was reported stolen from a vehicle in the back parking lot.
Oct. 6, 10:06 a.m.: A man reported someone entered his locked truck and stole a day pack containing a .22-caliber handgun and other items. Loss: $1,200.

Sept. 30, 9:40 p.m., Knik-Goose Bay Rd. and Park Ave.: Rachel Johnson, 24, Wasilla, arrested on Anchorage warrant for failure to appear in court on DWLR charge. Bail: $500.
DWLSCR
Oct. 1, 10:44 p.m., Vine Rd. and Parks Hwy.: John Sledge, 21, Wasilla, stopped for running a red light. Summons: DWLR.
Oct. 5, 1:25 p.m.: Shane Wolski, 23, Wasilla, stopped for a moving violation, arrested on warrant for failure to appear. New charges: DWLS and providing false information. Bail: $1,000.
ACCIDENTS
Oct. 2, 3:24 p.m., Parks Hwy. at Church Rd.: One vehicle rear-ended another. The rear-ended driver was hospitalized. The rear-ending driver was cited for lacking proof of insurance and not exercising due care.
Oct. 4, 3:46 p.m., Parks Hwy. at Crusey St.: Police went to a two-vehicle wreck. One of the drivers was cited for not exercising due care. No injuries.
Oct. 6, 6:57 p.m., Old Matanuska Rd. and Mikey Cir.: Cameron Mallonee, 18, Wasilla, drove into the ditch. No injuries.
ASSAULT
Oct. 6, 9:49 a.m.: An elderly woman reported her son had assaulted her.
