I read the letter that was in the anchorage paper and it looks like the cop left because of the Mayor's misconduct. Cop was a threat to the mayor. "

Sometimes police pull pepole over for good reason and then those people say that it is harassment. Sometimes people say that because they feel that they should be above the law like the mayor does.
