Frieda B. Moran

Frieda B. Moran, 86, cherished wife, mother and valued friend died Oct. 9 in Tempe, Ariz. 

A celebration of life will be at 4 p.m., Nov. 7 at the Bella Vista Restaurant, Mile 21.5 Old Glenn Hwy., in Chugiak. Pastor Robert Chadwick will officiate. The celebration of life and her 30-plus summers in Alaska will be hosted by daughter Susan (Jim) Bickman of Eagle River and son Ted (Victoria) Moran of Palmer. Her daughter Diane Moran lives in Tempe.

Frieda is survived by her three children, brother Fred Bouwman, sister Rena Blakkan, and three granddaughters, Megan, Molly and Melissa.
