Miners auction a hit

This letter is to thank the guests that attended our sixth annual dinner auction on Nov. 14. You were loads of  fun.

Thank you to our sponsors. We were very lucky to receive many auction item donations. It put us over the top and we were able to exceed last year’s total. Go to our website, www.matsuminers.org, and check out all of our sponsors.

A big thanks to Jim Rudda, owner of Napa Auto Parts (Big Lake, Wasilla, Palmer, Valdez and Glennallen) for the donation of the Las Vegas NASCAR trip. It was a lively bidding war and congrats to the winners, Bruce and Colleen Lloyd. Have fun in Vegas! Also, Evangelo’s did an awesome job setting everything up and the food was delicious.
